This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxurious amenities. the indoor swimming pool and the massage services were top, notch, and we enjoyed a relaxing full body massage followed by a refreshing body scrub. the garden area was well, manicured and perfect for evening strolls. We were impressed by the personalized in, room breakfast options and the special diet menus at the restaurant.

The only minor issue we faced was with the poolside snack bar. the snack options were limited, and the staff seemed reluctant to accommodate our requests.

The hotel had a decent location, with shops and restaurants nearby. the room had an attached bathroom, TV, and AC. Though the linen was stained, it was changed upon request. A few facilities, such as eateries, were present around the hotel.

The hotel's management had criminal intent, as reported by guests. They forced customers to pay extra and even held them captive.
